Karura is committed to customer satisfaction. If a product must be modified or replaced due to Karura’s mistake, we pay all shipping costs. We reserve the right to repair, replace or provide monetary compensation to you in an effort to achieve a mutually satisfactory solution to problems caused by Karura.

If a customer claims that a custom fit case is not built to the specifications provided by the customer, customer must provide photographs documenting that Karura did not fit the case to dimensions specified.

If a return or refit is required due to a customer mistake or action (e.g. submission of incorrect measurements or body tracing, handling damage or selection of the wrong product or color choice etc), Karura will modify or replace the returned product to satisfy the customer as quickly as possible, however; the customer will be responsible for shipping and handling charges and costs associated with modifying or refurbishing the case to original condition or alternate specification. Customer will be responsible for all loss or damage during shipment arising from these circumstances.

If a customer requests a refund for a case which is delivered to specification and free of defects, Karura will refund the full purchase price of the product, but no shipping costs. In addition, we will charge a $200 restocking fee for each returned case. The customer is responsible for return shipping on the product you are returning. The refund will be issued after the original case has been returned to Karura in new condition.
