(2) Measure and trace your instrument per the instructions on the order form hard copy
(3) Input your order using the online form below and mail the body tracing to the address here
(4) You will be contacted to confirm your order and provide you with a firm quote.
(5) You may pay by wire transfer or be billed via PayPal. Billing will include applicable PayPal fees.

Place the instrument on a flat surface; raise the body by placing a 1/2 inch block under the body at the heel.

Take measurements to the nearest 1/16" or 1mm. Provide a detailed description of any elements on your instrument which will require special cut outs in the foam, then fill in information below.
